It's been an amazing place to live with extremely friendly and attentive staff, a responsive and efficient maintenance team, beautiful views, an awesome common & game room upstairs, and so much more! It's extremely well maintained, always clean, and the layout and design of the apartments was impressively thought out to every detail including a surprising amount of storage space. We would highly recommend living here to anyone that is looking. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate."

“Beautiful place to live in downtown Madison. Top tier amenities and common spaces. If you come and visit, check out the 10th floor terrace (especially at sunset), stunning view. You can tell they didn’t cut corners here. Thick walls, blazingly fast internet, high quality appliances. Everything just works how you want it to. Staff are friendly and tremendously helpful. You can definitely feel a genuine interest to constantly make the experience of living here a bliss. All of my questions and requests have been answered within the day. Neighbors here are nice and social too. Have made friends with neighbors and staff here alike (and neighbor’s dog). Toured similar places and nothing compared. Pinnacle of downtown Madison living.”
